CrossFit Taupo

CrossFit is a strength and conditioning program based on Diet, Conditioning, Gymnastics, Weightlifting, and Sports.

Our goal is to improve performance across all ten recognized fitness domains - Cardiovascular and Respiratory Endurance, Stamina, Strength, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Co-ordination, Agility, Balance, and Accuracy.

Are you wondering if this could be for you? 


If you pick something up off the ground or get up out of a seat, then you are already doing some of the movements we train! We will take what you already know and expand on those skills so you can do a lot more of it. That could translate into something simple like playing with your children a little while longer, or playing more high quality minutes on the sports field.
